Non-compliance with the Act
- the website language declared in HTML is incorrect;
- many elements of the website are not translated into English;
- many images don't have alternative texts;
- the website logo is a gif. It cannot be stopped or hidden;
- links don't contain information about opening in a new browser tab;
- the skip link used to get to the home page ("Przejdź do strony głównej") often doesn't work as it should;
- breadcrumb navigation doesn't work properly in many subpages on the website;
- the sitemap doesn't reflect how the website is structured. There are also empty folders in the sitemap;
- focus isn't well visible on some elements;
- some elements of the website don't have adequate contrast;
- the fields of the advanced search form don't have clear information on the format of the data to be entered;
- the fields of the advanced search form don't inform about an error and how to correct it;
- the buttons to change the font size and the button to switch between views with high and normal contrast don't work for the ‘Advanced search’ subpage;
- the headings structure is sometimes incorrect;
- not all links are fully understandable.

Communication and information accessibility

We provide induction loops for the hard of hearing, which are located in:
- the General Chancellery at 46 Ligonia Street in Katowice,
- the Chancellery Point at 79 Korfantego Avenue in Katowice,
- the European Funds Information Point at 79 Korfantego Avenue in Katowice.
